Convey Health Solutions Strengthens Miramar Technology Platform with Sentinel Elite Agent Management Module

FORT LAUDERDALE, FL (BUSINESSWIRE) – June 18, 2019 – Convey Health Solutions (Convey), a market-leading healthcare technology and services company, recently announced the rebranding of Sentinel Elite.  Sentinel Elite provides agent oversight and management capabilities to over 33 health plans, encompassing approximately 300 unique programs, and serves more than 30,000 agents. Sentinel Elite is now rebranded as Miramar:Agent, leveraging the Miramar brand from Convey’s industry-leading enterprise technology platform.

Miramar:Agent will continue to deliver a seamless solution for agent onboarding and oversight and continue to provide the needed agent management functions for its leading health plan clients. This past year alone, Miramar:Agent conducted well over 98,000 background checks, nearly 8,000 training courses, and more than 63,000 “ready to sell” assignments.

Miramar:Agent will utilize a broader support and maintenance model along with a dedicated team to develop and enhance the product. Moreover, there are additional enhancements on the horizon. New features for 2020 include streamlined workflows for agents, integration with commissions, expanded hierarchical tracking and automated agent notifications.
